Gibraltar-based jackpot technology provider ThrillTech has appointed Amy Santos as its new chief operating officer. The appointment takes effect in August 2026 to oversee the company's operational strategy during its expansion across regulated igaming markets.
Executive Background and Strategy
Santos joins the company from Pragmatic Solutions, where she previously served as director of client relations and programme. Her professional history includes a strategic programme manager role at William Hill, along with tenures at The Rank Group and Ladbrokes Coral, which is now part of the Entain Group.
Benjamin Bradtke, co-founder of ThrillTech, stated that Santos's background in programme management aligns with the company's current scaling efforts. He noted that ThrillPots side bet jackpots are currently rolling out with new partners worldwide.
Santos commented that she intends to optimize operations and support the growing partner base. She described ThrillTech as an innovator in the side-bet jackpot space and plans to drive the next phase of global expansion from the Gibraltar headquarters.
